Delivery

Orders ship from our Guinness Road warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester. Stock you see on the site is in our warehouse right now — order before our daily cut-off and we'll get it out the door the same working day.

When we dispatch

• Cut-off: orders placed before 12:00 (UK time) on a working day ship that day.
• Dispatch days: Monday – Friday.
• Closures: we observe England & Wales bank holidays plus our annual warehouse Christmas shutdown (24 Dec – 2 Jan).

Transit times once dispatched

• UK mainland: 1 working day (DPD next-day).
• Offshore postcodes (Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands): 2 working days (DPD economy).
• Pallet deliveries follow the same calendar; carrier varies by zone.

Shipping cost

• Free over £1,000 ex-VAT — automatic at checkout.
• Below £1,000 ex-VAT: weight-banded parcel rate (DPD) or pallet rate depending on cart size and destination zone. The exact figure shows on your cart and checkout page before you pay.

Stock that's run out mid-checkout

The free-stock figure shown next to each product refreshes every 60 seconds and we re-check it again when you hit the checkout. If a fast-moving line goes out of stock between you adding it to your basket and paying, we'll show a clear message so you can either remove it or wait for the next inbound shipment.
